About the event
In lieu of a formal rehearsal dinner we would love to welcome you to The Cotswolds with relaxed welcome drinks and food in the Ox Barn and gardens at Thyme Hotel in Southrop from 6-10pm on Friday 4th July. Please join us whenever you arrive in the area.
Dress Code: Garden Cocktail Attire - semi formal, with jackets required for the gentlemen.
Transport: Transport: Those staying at Bull Burford, Highway Burford and Double Red Duke will have local event transport provided to the venue for the welcome party. Please indicate if you would like to be included when you RSVP. The vehicles will depart from your hotel at 5.30pm, returning at 10pm.
There is parking available at the hotel but please pre-book taxis if you are staying at other local accommodation. If you are driving then there is parking available at the hotel, but we highly recommend pre-book taxis if you do not have your own vehicle. Contact your hotel or find more information here
Event Schedule:
Arrive: any time after 6pm
Food: served between 7-8pm
Ends: 10pm
