FAQs
  • When is the RSVP deadline?
    Please let us know if you can attend by 1st May 2025. There are two separate events requiring your RSVP and dietary requirements on the homepage of this website. You can also book a space on our bus from London to The Cotswolds here.
  • Are there any UK travel requirements and do I need a visa?
    Effective January 8, 2025, all U.S. citizens transiting through or traveling to the United Kingdom for tourism, family visits, business meetings, conferences, or short-term study for 6 months or less will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to travel. Information on the new requirements and how to apply can be found on the UK Government website You can check all travel requirements from different countries via this link.
  • Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
    We are hoping for glorious sunshine in the English countryside! However in case of inclement weather we do have covered and indoor spaces planned throughout. You may wish to pack a light raincoat for your visit in case required outside of the hosted events. There are some areas which will be lawn/grass so ladies may wish to avoid stilettos (though we will also provide heel stoppers in case required).
  • Can I bring children to the wedding celebrations?
    Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding venue. If you would like assistance with local nanny and childcare companies please email our wedding planner at info@studiosorores.com
  • How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
    If you are staying in one of the two recommended hotels and have indicated in your RSVP that you require transport on 4th and 5th July then you will be able to use our shuttle buses provided. They will be departing from The Double Red Duke and Bull Burford and returning from Thyme Hotel only. If you are staying in different locations/accommodation in the area then we would highly recommend pre-booking a taxi locally. Information can be found in our "Local Transport" section on the home page. You can also pick up a car rental from airports for easier and flexible transport around The Cotswolds. There is parking available at the hotel.
  • What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
    Please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony starts at 5pm. You will be directed on arrival to take your seat.
  • Can I bring a plus one?
    We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to restrictions at the venue.
  • What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
    No problem! Please let us know when you RSVP or email our wedding planner at info@studiosorores.com if you have any particular concerns or detailed requirements.
  • What do we wear?
    Please follow the dress code as indicated in your invitations and on this website. Gentleman: For black tie you can rent tuxedos in London should you prefer to order in advance and collect before making your way to the Cotswolds. Ladies: please note that we require a formal dress code for the wedding day, with floor length dresses or jumpsuits only. Please refrain from wearing white.
